Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies when a Student or Parent discontinues, pauses, withdraws from or otherwise stops participating in a purchased Service. It should be read with the Terms of Service, Course Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

2. Programme Commitment

Upon enrollment, the Student and Parent commit to the duration, fees and commercial terms of the selected programme or package. A request to cancel or discontinue participation does not cancel fees already paid or, where an installment plan applies, amounts that remain lawfully payable under the agreed purchase terms.

3. No Refund or Credit for Cancellation

Except where Upstep expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation, withdrawal, non-attendance or non-use does not entitle the Student or Parent to a refund, credit, extension, carry-forward, transfer or conversion of unused Services.

4. Unused Classes and Package Validity

Classes and other package benefits must be used within the validity period communicated at enrollment or purchase. Unless Upstep agrees otherwise in writing, unused classes or credits remaining at the end of that period expire and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

5. Discretionary Accommodations

Upstep may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability and programme rules, offer rescheduling, an alternative batch, replacement session, package extension, transfer or another accommodation. Any such accommodation is a customer-service measure and does not create a continuing entitlement or precedent.

6. Upstep-Side Cancellation

If Upstep cancels or cannot deliver a scheduled class or Service, it may reschedule the class, provide a replacement class or Coach, offer an alternative batch, extend package validity, issue a service credit or provide another reasonable alternative. Any monetary remedy is governed by the Terms of Service, Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.

7. Mandatory Rights and Contact
