1. Upstep Academy undertakes to impart well-structured curriculum. We do not guarantee any form of rating or achievements.
2. Classes once booked cannot be cancelled. If there is an emergency, classes can be postponed to a future date.
3. Rescheduling of any class will depend upon the availability of the trainer.
4. We undertake to provide regular feedback regarding the student progress.
